What size ribbon do you use for this one ?
I'm using 3/8 inch ribbon in this video!
What size ribbon is best to use I got 5/8 inch is that what you use ?
In the video I'm using 3/8, but 5/8 inch ribbon would look great too! It'll just turn out slightly wider
This has been THE best explanation video on ribbon leis!! Granted I struggled at first, after rewinding it 5X’s or so. I got it, for the practice ribbon. Now I’ll try to complete it with the gift ribbon 🤞🏾

You need to try to explain it a little bit better , my daughter did what you said to do and she ended up with two of them separated
Maybe she did not cross them correctly? They're supposed to be intertwined, which is why you have to cross them over before braiding.
You do not explain the pattern properly, very hard to follow
Which part isn't explained properly? It's a repeating pattern of looping the ribbons together. Happy to clarify
Only caveat is that I cannot seem to be able to find the ribbon on that site that you told us about?
Go to this link: www.papermart.com/p/fabric-satin-ribbon/9914 then scroll to the bottom and look for 3/8" ribbon. Click select and it pops up with color options. Hope this helps!

For designs 1&4, when starting you put the ribbons right/bottom & left/top. With designs 2&3 you put them right/top & left bottom. Correct?

Y can’t I do this. I’m literally having a panic attack. I can’t start it. 😅😅😅 I do the bunny ears and then I get lost I’ve replayed your video 100x in the last hour
Oh no!! Let me try to explain here! After you make the bunny ears take one of them and stick the whole thing inside the other bunny ear. Do not pull the ribbon you just moved. Pull the opposite ribbon to tighten. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more clarification!

How many yards to make lei ?
You will need a total of 4 ribbons, each 6 yards in length
TIP: Get rid of the background music. It's very distracting. Also, please try not to refer to the other side of one-sided satin ribbon as "the ugly side". Call it the 'matte' side. Nice tutorial.
