We moved to the City of McKinney, a city in and the county seat of Collin County, Texas. It is Collin County's third-largest city, after Plano and Frisco. A suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

@@jeremy.p.jordan Price & floor plan i have seen the similar floor plan with taylor morrison terracota . Here they have given spiral stairs terracota not spiral but floor plans looks same.

Really liked the homes and prices at Eastridge, but didn’t like the PID and schools it was zoned for coming from top rated schools in FISD.
Pros and cons 😢 but the school will get better for sure!!!

I think it’s crafted beautifully but it’s just a bit much, one staircase would have been grand enough. I just think utilizing space better with more dedicated to “living” or entertaining is a better idea. But I’m not holding Galas at my house either lol.. to each their own! 🙏🏻😅

Gorgeous expensive place but who needs double staircases or thirty foot ceilings.how do you feel "at home"in an auditorium.

Egyptian houses back in the 40s and 50s had the same design , well i wasn’t born yet , i saw that on old Egyptian movies

I hear that most of this houses were built so quickly with cheap material and homeowners are having problems after . specifically with flooding
So I would not say flooding is a problem but you will have some issues but you will get a warranty
They start coping the Arab style hoses covered with stones from out side but the thing is this hose is build with wood , not even the same quality the only advantage of this house is better in earth quicks
Right when I was in Bagdad, they had some amazing places covered in marble we are getting close here in Texas.
