I’m glad I read Berserk. Such a great series and looking back there were a lot of Berserk references in BC

Before that "Asta is stronger" bit, Guts fights beings much stronger than what Asta has fought. As well as, the beast of darkness feeds off his rage and in turn so does the berserker amor. Now down flame me for this, but Guts not being in control is a bit better than how Asta is. It shows Guts's deep desire, and shows that he's FAR less than perfect.

I can agree with some of your especially that kirito doesnt deserve the title of the blackswordsman. The only main difference about asta and guts is guts is an dick and an edgelord. Guts' childhood was worse than asta. I liked the dragonslayer sword than the demon slayer sword. The demon slayer felt like it was weightlesss compared to the dragonslayer guts was feeling the weight of the sword. For my opinion guts stands out than other protagonist because he is human and relatable like us. Berserk is about a philosophy of a man struggling againts destiny. The dark fantasy thing is just how kentaro miura designed it. I think the author of black clover kinda failed to realize guts' humanity
