He said, "Is not the proof brought by two women equivalent to that of a single man?" They answered in the affirmative. He said: "It is the insufficiency of their intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her period?" The women answered in the affirmative. It was said to Abu Dharr: "What is the problem with the black dog rather than the red or white one?" He said: "O my nephew! I asked Allah's Messenger just as you have asked me. Sahih al-Bukhari 6812 “We used to sell our slave women and the mothers of our children (Umahat Awaldina) when the Prophet was still living among us, and we did not see anything wrong with that.” Sunan Ibn Majah 2517 grade Sahih Jaibir reported that a woman from the tribe of Makhzum committed theft. She was brought to Allah's Apostle and she sought refuge (intercession) from Umm Salama, the wife of Allah's Apostle. Thereupon Allah's Apostle said: By Allah, even if she were Fatima, I would have her hand cut off. And thus her hand was cut off. Sahih Muslim 1689 We used to participate in the holy wars carried on by the Prophet and we had no women (wives) with us. So we said (to the Prophet. "Shall we castrate ourselves?" But the Prophet forbade us to do that and thenceforth he allowed us to marry a woman (temporarily) by giving her even a garment, and then he recited: "O you who believe! Do not make unlawful the good things which Allah has made lawful for you." Sahih al-Bukhari 4615 The Prophet passed by me at a place called Al-Abwa or Waddan, and was asked whether it was permissible to attack the pagan warriors at night with the probability of exposing their women and children to danger. The Prophet replied, "They (i.e. women and children) are from them (i.e. pagans)." I also heard the Prophet saying, "The institution of Hima is invalid except for Allah and His Apostle." We get slave girls from the war captives and we love property; what do you think about coitus interruptus?" Allah's Apostle said, "Do you do that? It is better for you not to do it, for there is no soul which Allah has ordained to come into existence but will be created."
