@percusski no it's not illegal the information I got from good sources is that it's the bridge that is private property the trail actually goes into the river next to it not sure if you can see on my video just be polite to the farmer if you see him 👍

@Xavii1986 the exhaust really helps with the heat it very rarely hits 25deg in the UK so it's never bothered me that much tbh

I know I did think about it but was pushed for time on both trips so was just all road like you say great having a bike that will do everything it's mega 👌 thanks for watching I know it's not the usual kind of video on here 👍

@Thisweekin. I moved away from Wales for 6years and regretted it so moved back don't think I will be leaving again 😂 and is there such thing as a wrong motorcycle 🤔 as long as you enjoyed what you had at the time

@mrbase111 it wouldn't of made any difference as the snapped part of the bot was stuck in the thread that's why drilled out the thread do it's easily changed in the future 👍

@@ads_rides I’m just about to launch down the ADV bike route after 30+ years of various superbikes - don’t need the brutal power anymore just want to enjoy the ride and enjoy a different type of challenge. Thinking of getting a CF Moto 450mt and slowing it down a bit whilst doing some proper adventure rides in places like beautiful Wales.

@RichardS-qh8mi nice mate can't beat getting away from it all on an adventure they look nice them cf moto I've been toying with the idea getting something a bit smaller myself but it's hard as the tuareg is such a cracking bike we will see good luck getting your new bike and getting out there mate can't go wrong with wales either it's stunning 👍

@aleks_the_Great13 thank you mate 👍 to be honest this was our first day out on trails on the big bike's was only meant to be a steady one but ended up a great little adventure the 1290 goes well off road but it's not the bike for the gnarly stuff we do my mate has since bought a crf300l for the trails and this is his touring bike 👍

@mabsbry1318 yea same happens here too but some just get cleared by being riden also as some lanes bet used less than other would be a full time job clearing all the lanes in summer makes it interesting riding them also as they look completely different in the winter to summer 👍

@akhiljude8803 hey 👋 that's awesome I bet you got some great places to ride 👍 we are lucky although it looks bad their normally isn't to many brambles it's mainly just the ruts the bushes are hiding that's the problem

@@ads_rides Yeah, we got some fantastic places to ride for sure, being such a huge country with a lot of open spaces the moment you get out of cities. The area that I have around is just thorns and thorns only. My hands have a lot of scars from those thorns piercing through my gloves even....

@MrSTAdventures I know doesn't look like summer is happening this year does it 😂 cheers mate all down to the weather really that's what I'm blaming it on anyway we've done these lanes easy in the dry but they do get pretty slippy in the wet shame the ride had to end but will be attempting it again in a month or so fingers crossed the weather is a bit kinder to us. I don't think you'd be disappointed with a tuareg at all been a brilliant bike for me very happy with it although I do have a itch for something lighter and smaller 👍

@gregs7194 yeah I just wasn't keen on snapping a even stronger bolt in the hole and after snapping the thread in the hole I just wanted to eliminate that ever happen again so just drilled out the threads and use a bolt and nut now so it's like a 2min job next time to change the bolt instead of ride having to end with snapped threads stuck in the hole. It's all about luck though I've dropped it loads of time's and it's been fine I too have bent the brake pedal all the way and bent it back and the original bolt still OK just unlucky in this case I think 👍

@@ads_rides I was on section 6 of TET Poland when somehow ;) I think it had something to do with the speed I've managed to snap the gear lever bolt. There was no Aprilia dealership near by so I went online, found mentioned website and messaged the seller. Some time later he replied and asked which part of Poland am I in and when I told him he said that he lives not that far and he will come over to help me ! An hour and a half later he arrived extracted the other half of the bolt and helped to install new ones. So that's how I ended up with getting them bolts :) I never thought about it the way you did - I mean the part about even stronger bolt and if I undestood correctly possile complications with extracting so thanks for poiting this out to me. When I have a chance I will do the same and drill threads out and use longer bolts with nuts. I should also be able to retain the sleves that came with currently installed bolts for better fit. @gregs7194 bloody he'll that was a stroke of luck wasn't it what was the chances of that fair play to the guy 👍 yea I'm just hoping what I've done doesn't stop the ride if ever I break another bolt as all bolts can break if they get hit hard enough or for a number of time's. Also because I do the tet in Wales it's put me off going anywhere else to do it because it's a proper challenge to do it through wales so I just assume everywhere is the same 👍 same to you mate safe travels 👍

@grahamsmith8122 definitely the best riding spot in Britain but I dunno I reckon you could get a 1150gs in most places if you had the commitment for it 👍

@grumpsrides6074 that's bomber lane over looking Barmouth some brilliant view's on that trail it's also on the act UK route a bit bumpy in places but very accessible 👍

Cheers mate it wasn't meant to be too challenging but when the weather goes crap it makes everything harder shame the ride had to end early but always next time 👍

The weather wasn't really on our side otherwise it shouldn't of been anything to technical just the overgrown lanes causing a bit of trouble as you can't see a thing where your riding and it was just full of soggy ruts all good fun until it I realised the bike was broken till next time thanks for watching mate 👍

@graysonchurch262 thanks for watching 👍 i think im to bias to the tuareg to give my thoughts as i think the tuareg is the better bike for off road and probably on road but if it was me id go for the world rally over the raid for looks and sound the yamaha is the winner there.just ask yourself what your after in a motorcycle the yamaha hasn't got any electrics the tuareg has everything but depends what your after. The tuareg has been a brilliant bike for me doing everything and more that i wanted out of it been reliable for me but like everything it does have its weak spots etc
