Hamid Hussain Naqvi has a vast experience both in the field of Special Education as well as in General education .He has been Principal of a Degree level special education ( for Hearing Impaired ) as well as Principal of Army Public School & College for 15 years. . In the history of Punjab , the credit of starting Degree level classes for Deaf in Punjab goes to him . He prepared specific scheme of Studies for B.A for Deaf , got it approved from Academic Council of Punjab University , and conducted these classes in his institution successfully for several years before being adopted by fellow institutions. He was founder Principal of the later institution ( APS&C , Fort Road ) which is now one of the largest in Rawalpindi/Islamabad having more than 4000 students and 450 teachers.
