Why don't I have that connector on mine for charging? Same exact model but there's no port there like in this video. Either my machine was just built slightly different from the others or someone tinkered with it and there's an alternate way to do it. I'm sure the machines are very cool and helpful but mine at work seems to have been toyed with because there's no charging port at all.
How do you charge your machine? Does it have an onboard charger?
