Archetypes are universal themes that appear across the world and throughout time. As such, they show up culturally and personally. The embodiment of these archetypes can be used to become aware of old patterns and habits and practice new ways of being that support your leadership, growth, development, learning and becoming.
We focus on Sovereign, Warrior, Magician and Lover.

Sovereign Dialogue sample session from The Embodiment Festival 2025
The three steps to a Sovereign Dialogue session are:
1. Embodiment and mindfulness practice.
2. Quiet time for reflection, inspiration and writing.
3. Sharing in break out rooms and later with the main group.
This session was 30-minutes. Usually, Sovereign Dialogue sessions are one hour, giving more spaciousness for reflection and sharing time.
