I understand why Bonnie and Caroline never forgave Damon for his actions because he was a horrible person. I am glad though at the end of the show he changed and became a better person. Caroline and Bonnie and every other person had every right to not forgive him. I am surprised that Caroline and Bonnie become friends with him at the end.

Damon did all of that and Elena still loved him. Elena gets mad at Caroline and Bonnie when they won't forgive Damon for his crimes, they had a reason to never forgive him. Elena is definitely delusional for thinking "Damon can be fixed from his horrible evil habits" Elena and Damon were only together because her face looking like Katherine with a different personality and she would of been killed by Damon if she didn't look like Katherine.
