Lol, I'm here writing a hundred messages like I'm in a chat. "I was breathing pain instead of air". This is important for me, for what I'm living right now, giving myself love and accepting myself, one more time in this life. I think you're really strong in this song to say sorry to everyone you could hurt in life. Is really powerful to have a song in your repertoire in where you not only free yourself from the pain others inflicted on you but you say sorry to them, but at the same time you forgive yourself for having done that. It's like there are three parts in here: pain done to others, pain done to you, and forgiveness of them and of you. This conveys the perspective of that we're learning how to be humans and we are all the same, so we all deserve forgiveness and understanding. Your songs have really strong and powerful messages that can change lives. I know it because they changed mine.

And now I'm wishing that all people could receive the messages of your songs, I want to share them with everyone, but I know everyone can't connect with the same things that I do, but I wish much more people could know your music so they could connect and have their lives changed like mine. @@adampomieto2471 Thank you for the provoking questions! I needed to think about this. Everything I've ever learned was inspired by other people. Reading books (mostly psychology), going to psychotherapy and related workshops, watching spiritual videos... I guess I found myself in a specific environment, that inspired me to go in this direction. Other people "started" it in me, and I followed with my own thinking, my own insights and work on myself. I'm a visual person who thinks in patterns and I like to "zoom out" and see the bigger picture, of life, of relationships, of myself. Throughout my life, I actually heard "Love yourself first" very often, it's something that's been with me for a long time, but as I say in this song, it also took me a long time to actually understand it and feel it in my body. How did I know how to talk to sadness? I think this part comes mostly from psychotherapy because there we work with emotions. We "play" roles, talk with our different parts, in order to understand them better and get a different view of them, which sparks new insights. I appreciate that you asked those questions because you inspired a thinking process, which I always like to do. Thank you! ✨

@@daniemotioninsound I am no expert in psychology, I am a philologist, but let's say I will give you my interpretation of Lacanian thought. The mirror phase is a certain experience of the individual's separateness in the world. A small child is inseparable from its mother, dependent, but at some point it discovers that it is a separate being and begins to learn about the world, learns to speak, this experience does not only apply to children, supposedly primitive people identified with nature to such an extent that they felt a unity with the surrounding world that is no longer available to us in the era of modernity. Freud wrote a work "Culture as the Source of Suffering" about the fact that the sense of social unity is gained at the cost of suppressing individuality, by entering culture you force yourself into a certain framework of what is acceptable and what is not.

The most interesting point of the Lacanian mirror phase is the moment when the individual learns language, learns to read and write. This is the most interesting to me. Language was before we were born and will be after we die. It exists independently of us, it is external to us, and everything I write to you now, I say, I got to know then, everything I use to describe our understanding was once forced into my head from the outside world and has no connection with my person. And yet I "express" myself in this way. This is a symbolic order, the law of the father. In the imaginary order (in your song it is the sea) connected with the mother, one loves unconditionally, moving to the symbolic order, one moves into the sphere of differentiation, evaluation. Writing to you, I write, about my thoughts, and yet I do it with a system of signs generally accessible and understandable to everyone, if I wanted to say something that is connected only with me, it would not be legible, everything has to pass through the sieve of language understandable to everyone. So in a sense I lose my individuality in order to be understood.

So the question is whether there is something beyond language (philologists' favorite question, a joke). Yes, and Lacan also allows for such a possibility. This is a real order. And you talked about it in your film. Real is everything that cannot be expressed in language, verbalized. You said that music is helpful in expressing content that we cannot express in language. As you can see, you are being smart here, but these are things that are perfectly well known, the only problem is the difficulty of expressing them in an understandable way. And here we come to your uniqueness, you are able to symbolize these hard-to-express content in your work. It is said that all these things that cannot be expressed in language are the wisdom of the body, the memory of somatics, you also sing about it, about trauma recorded in the body, about blockages in the flow of energy, about transgression, about archetypes already forgotten by modernity.

And finally we come to the fact that writing is therapeutic, precisely because by describing a problem you solve it, it becomes conscious and disappears, because it only works when it is unconscious. That is why writing a diary can be therapeutic. But everything has its price, by describing a feeling that appears in us we annihilate it irreversibly. I think Plato said in the Farmakon that writing kills memory. Someone else said "I felt a beautiful feeling, I captured it with a thought that had withered, I expressed that thought in words and now I look at these misshapen letters that not only do not resemble my thought, but have nothing in common with the beautiful feeling I experienced. And you pull these pearls from the depths. I don't know if what I write can be understood, and even more so in a translator, that's the revenge of the symbolic order hahaha... it may be impossible to describe, it has to be felt, but in some inexplicable way you manage to pull these "deep-sea fish" to the surface from the sea of the imaginary order and, what's more, they don't die on the surface in contact with the land of the symbolic order.
