Evil stuff 😡 I just had a colonoscopy and of course I had to be 'cleared out'. I was given this stuff (I can't even bring myself to write the name) so I took it as prescribed. TWENTY hours in the bathroom later... I did make it to the colonoscopy apt and, luckily, apart from a couple of pre cancerous polyps which were snipped off, all was clear. But an Horrific experience.. OK so maybe I had an over reaction, but I would not wish on my biggest enemy what I went through. Never. My advice if you are slim/underweight is to AVOID this stuff. You are supposed to take it in two separate doses, which I did, but I am a very small eater.. Personally, I think it was the second dose which nearly killed me😖 If I had been prescribed the same dose of someone twice my size or more, that seems crazy AND dangerous 🤬 BE VERY WARY.

Every health area has different instructions. Stick to the instructions given to you by your endoscopy department.

My hips are so stiff that even the slightest lateral move is excruciatingly painful. Maybe it's due to the fact that I almost broke my hip sockets due to a bad reception at a judo class years ago (almost broke both hip sockets). Had to not only stop all physical activity for at least two years, and just re-learning to walk was the biggest challenge of my life.

I have just subscribed to your helpful videos. I can't do these laying down movements on the floor as I can't get back up. Is it ok on the bed? The bad pain in my hip is far worse at night wakening me several times. I will try your advice thank you so much. By the way lovely to hear your Yorkshire accent.
