Hi @Number1TravelGuru, thanks for your interest in the "Pizza Tracker" feature with TaxDome. We are currently working on this feature and our goal is to implement this by Q2 this year. Also, we have different email languages in our Template Library. Please go to Templates > Firm Templates > Emails > Copy from Library.

Hi Dana, sorry to hear but aside from the scheduling a 1-on-1 screenshare, you can also reeach support through chat and email, you can do this via the help icon (blue question mark) on the upper-right. As for the share button, please make sure that document is not on the private folder, please see help.taxdome.com/article/144-sharing-documents-with-third-parties-and-clients-without-portal-access for more information
