We had a 966C that we sold with over 38,000 hours on it about six or seven years ago now. To my knowledge, it's still operational. We also have a 936 that's 1987(?) The hour meter and most of the gauges stopped working but we used it up until the transmission started to leak a few weeks ago. Waiting on parts and sending it back to the yard 🤷‍♂️

Torsional waves is an interesting takeaway . A marketing promo and a mechanical engineering educational all rolled into one . Some sunday morning pedagogy .

peec engines were garbage, they rally did take a great engine and throw electrical garbage on it.. Small wonder almost every peec engine was converted back to full mechanical.

A very informative tutorial. It's a good idea to use the Cat's power to remove that tight nut. Also to multiply the length of the handle on the socket by the weight of the mechanic to calculate the amount of torque applied to the nut.
