I tend not to listen to these sorts of debates any more because echo chambers and algorithms have resulted in people who are so steadfast in their beliefs they are not willing to listen. This was such a refreshing discussion, and honestly, I hope that more people watch it because we can all learn something about how to engage with those who have a different set of beliefs and values. Though I gravitate towards the left, the points raised on both sides held merit, and you all proved that it's possible to show respect. Honestly, it was a brilliant episode. Also, this decorum is very much why I love cigar culture; I met a lovely chap on a cruise. he was a full-on Trump supporter, and we became fast friends over our enjoyment of a decent stick.

This should be a reoccurring segment. We need more left vs. right conversations and hopefully finding some common ground. It just makes for a more interesting conversation than echo chambers.

Voting restrictions need to be way more strict.

it’s tough being an enthusiast in Australia. with the tobacco surcharge there’s just not a big cigar culture here. the cheapest budget cigars you’ll find here start at $32 ($19 USD). I get the same sticks for $5 USD shopping internationally

Canadian here. The band thing really not a huge deal. The bigger issue is where to smoke them. It’s legal to light up a joint in more places than it is to light a cigar! No lounges in Ontario, very few in Quebec.

I disagree id say location but look for an older building possibly one that u kno the county wants to get rid of or a tax lean . Do the majority of the renovations yourself or with a partner .. Lots of ppl resell leftover products thats just extra from a job half price, pay professionals when needed .. Make it a private club , Get liquor and tobacco license
