The video is a 1200. I know the 1100 has a different wheel and tyre size so it may also have different size spacers, but the spacers should look the same for reassembly purposes on the 1100 or 1200, as long as you are just refitting the spacers you took off. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the comment, glad it helped. 10 years after putting it up. I've still got the bike. Love the ZRX! I posted it because I know a guy that put them in the wrong way without realising. He said his bike felt a bit odd but he carried on and the rear wheel locked up whilst filtering. Scary moment but he got away with it. Could have been a very different story. Lucky fella. Looks like I got a few thumbs down from Su**** owners, lol.
Thanks! Excellent and succinct on placement of spacers for many Kawasaki models. Other internet sources (as well as my shop manual) suck by comparison.
No problem Mark. Good to know the video is still helping after 8 years. I made the video because a ZRX forum member had a narrow escape when his rear wheel locked up as he was filtering between two lorries. He said he found out the bike shop had fitted the spacers incorrectly a few days before it locked up. Good on you for checking the video out instead of just using the shop manual.
Bore off Karen
Thanks dude !
Happy riding mate 👍
1100 or 1200?

@@johnnyfearlesszrx thanks man, yeah on my 1200 I think I'm missing the left larger spacer. Dog must have ran off with it! 👍
Well fuck me. After years of shit with kawasaki rear wheels ,that is the simplest rear wheel replacement ever. Thankyou sincerely .

Sorry 'bout the music, I just added a non copyrighted tune. Turn PC sound off and turn your radio up. Sorted.
