Love this single. Never far from my mind.

I drank death Wish dark (pods) for the past few years but the dark was too hard on my stomach so I switched to medium. I like strong coffee but it is the consistence of the flavor that keeps me a customer. I am the only one in the family who drinks coffee so I use pods.

Although I think this is a very interesting and good coffee.. I am not a fan of this one. I don't think the coffee notes agree with my pallet. After finishing a cup (just now) I am left with a soapy after taste. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Maybe it's the 🍋 lemon? Even though I absolutely love lemons and can eat them with a sprinkle of tajin salt. I rated this one a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Overall it is good.

Please describe the scientific background of your advices. Is it backed by medical knowledge? I was in hospital and doctor prescribed me in final resume normal diet. I never had problems with nutrition as concerns gluten, tomatoes, potatoes, diary products and even now I do not experience any disturbances from my digestive system.

I am a 73 year old male. I've had general MG for 4 months. All the usual symptoms. About 6 weeks ago I Started on 50mg a day of Prediisone, 1000mg of Celcept, and 180mg of Mesation. Now I am loweerine Predeson by 5mg a fortnight. Now I'm on 25mg a day and 1500mg of Celcept. It's tough going. Initially the 50mg of Predisone gave me bad brain fog. Now I have less brain fog, but the withdrawal is really knocking me around. MG is very varied for individuals, as we know. In the last 3 days I've read that vegan, carnivore, and plant diets are the way to go! Whew...So confusing! I only eat breakfast and a small dinner. No alcohol. No desert. I used to llove a glass of wine, a shot of whiskey, and especially chocolate (but otherwise very little sugar)- but I have never been overweight. Phew...talk about a loss of quality of life! I will try the carnivore diet. Desperate people do desperate things. But I will start slowly and work up to it while taking mineral supplements. I will definitely reduce the carbs, not that I take many now. Thanks for your posts and for those of other MG suffers. We need to help each other. We know more than most doctors by sharing our experiences and adjusting them to our individual situations. It seems to be a matter of trial and error. Cheers from Perth, Western Australia.

I had serious blood poisoning after visiting Vietnam and then strong pain-killing injections in my lower back under aneastthic. This immediately triggered Shingles and a few months later triggered MG.

I have been living with paralysis in a wheelchair since 2010 (Guillain Barre Syndrome bad reaction to flu shot was on full life support for 18 months) and am in general good health otherwise. Then one day my right eye drooped and wont open normally so after a few weeks I saw my Dr who ordered an appt to see a neurologist. This was in mid Dec 2023. That sketchy referral has been hell the office cancelled my appt. twice because Dr not available. I saw my primary for a follow up and said I still haven't seen a neurologist so I got a new referral. I saw that Dr 2 weeks ago and they diagnosed me with Myasthenia Gravis. My stomach dropped I felt like I was given a death sentence on top of what I already struggle with. Anyway it's hard finding any real people that talk about this or that are still alive I am very happy to see that you seem to be well. I got a cat scan and MRI of chest and head a few days ago waiting for results. Scared... OOh i forgot to mention I was prescribed Pyridostigmine (Mestinon) 3x a day. It does nothing my eye still shut after 2 weeks. Vision blurry cant play FPS games grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

My neighbor has myasthenia gravis. He got it after getting the covid jab. I've told him many times about a healthy diet like the one you described, but he refuses. He goes in every two weeks for a treatment that cost tens of thousands of dollars. He's on multiple drugs and has poor quality of life. But he'd rather eat his Little Debbie snack cakes and corn.

Just discovered your channel! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I've had MG for over a year now, only taking Mestinone, but sometimes the symptoms are uncontrollable. Started Keto few weeks ago, still adapting, on and off ketones 😅 and I was actually unsure if that gonna help my MG but now after watching your videos I have so much hope so I'll try to stick to my diet.

I was pressured into taking the V for work in early '21, and unfortunately, caved. Afterwards, I developed abnormally high IgG4 antibodies and have managed to get them further and further down over the last year and a half. I did a lot of what you did. Went on Keto, eating mostly meat, cut out sugar, dairy and.carbs. I'll cheat once or twice a month. Also, spaced meals out further and further until I got down to eating in 1-2 hr windows a day. Plus, I do 1 72-96 hour fast a month on top of taking a lot of different supplements.

hello MG Matt,,,im MG Rob,,and JUST come upon youre channel,,i believe youre advice will help me,,,im a veteran,,diagnosed 2012 with generalized MG,,thats right i got the full meal deal,,im maintaining through pfyzer,,but this will change NOW with youre help,thank you and i will keep you posted,,P.S. ive already had a thymectomy, i am on IVIG twice a month for maintenance for the last 8 yrs[atleast] previous it was for the crisis's i had only[i think 4] also, ive been supplementing for years and have changed my diet,,,but im all over the map,,,im going to UTILIZE youre advice for some order and consistency,,,,thanks alot Matt.
