Southern California Quail Hunting with GSP
My GSP Scout finding a huge covey of Valley Quail. This hunting is not for the faint of heart... All of the coveys were holding up in very steep terrain. Put some miles in and you find the birds!

hiking up the pass with my girlfriend and her family/friends. Difficult hike at 22 miles and 7000 feet of total elevation change but all worth the views!!

I do not. Most subscribers are from this video. Trying to make more videos but I work too many hours a week to get out and hunt often😂

We hunt both feather and furred game with our Shorthairs here in Australia. They are fantastic on deer, pigs, foxes, roos, ducks, quail, really, anything you choose to hunt. Great all round hunting dogs!

If your into duck hunting or pheasant hunting I highly recommend a German shorthair pointer or German wirehare pointer they are very live wired though you have to work them a lot

Try being a little more aggressive flushing for him. A wild bird is going run on your every time moving so slowly up on it.
I was testing my dog’s steadiness for the sake of the video. If I’m hunting wild birds, we’re hauling lol
