Really? Sorry to hear that! I haven’t had that experience at all. Maybe it’s the type of flooring you have? We have smooth tile, so it glides right over with no issue. The steam is also really powerful, so I actually like this one better than shark mops I’ve had in the past.
Nice aircraft carrier, I also have one branded Redbox from 1998 but I'm planning to get that one too.
