In the US its worth every penny in the Blue Ridge Mts of SC-but in Ecuador its worth maybe 200,000 the reason I say this is the average annual wage in Ecuador is under 6,000 a year, with that said the only people you can sell this to is an expat, and you might have to wait years for one to come around and buy it ,nice home but your better off renting it for 1000 a month

What is the price ?

When I see the big ravine behind it so close to the home ,the 1st thing I worry about is all the water run off that over time created that ravine and worry about the hill washing out and eroding the hill that the home sits on, water runs to the lowest spot and so can the home-I built homes for 42 years -and I didn't see any rear retaining walls ,or drain lines off a gutter system to control where you want the water to go

Nice, but they should have remodeled the bathroom instead, it looks kind of gross. And the house is too close to the edge, one super rainy season, the chance of landslides goes very high.

The place is a magnificent little gem. With all high end features. I feel it is worth every penny. In the U.S. This place would easily go for $300 plus a night.

I loved the video! I see there is another coffee farm for sale in the Intag Valley now. I would love to buy it, but have so many questions 😀 Any advise would be great on how it works, other than the market/mercados, exporting? and what if my Spanish is rather limited could it still be a viable option?

I think this video would have been better if the camera moved through all the rooms so we can get an idea of the layout and the size of the rooms. I'm still not sure how large the living room is or where it's located relative to the dining room and kitchen. Is there an open floor plan? You can't tell here.

what would be the price of te 2 types of homes?

We stayed here for a month a few years ago. It is an amazing house. We felt so at home and were completely rejuvenated just “living” here. Truly a magical place.
