Hello @cizimevi_art Thanks for your comment There is a way to make cheap pastel chalk more comfortable to work with. You can use baby oil, which you can buy at the drugstore, to dilute the pigment of the oil pastel chalk. This way it spreads very well on the paper and makes it much easier. There is a video review of Pentel pastel chalk here on the channel where I use this technique a lot. Норма I loved reading your opinion, since it comes from someone who is really used to this watercolor. I didn't know that the binder was dextrin. I thought it was great to work with this watercolor due to the standards and high prices of watercolors that we have here in Brazil. I believe that in Russia, where there is a much older tradition of watercolorists than here, you have much better watercolors. I really appreciate the comment. Thank you! Norma
