I don't know if anyone else noticed but just to the right of the DSS Blueprint an unauthorised show of super support for our gals with wings: - 0:17 "Eagle storm my love!" - 0:20 "They can't compare to my eagle one" - 0:22 "Wait, WHAT?" Edit: Actually there are a number of hidden messages and personal thoughts that have made their way into the briefing: - 0:32 "I remember it differently..." [To the bottom right of the screen] - 1:01 "What do you mean I can't bring two 380 MM barrages?!" [This one was a blink and you'll miss it, to the right of the screen next to the end of the primary statement] Thanks Galactic War for putting in the effort you do with these little easter eggs and all of the technical readouts. I do on occasion read them as it's part of the fun and entertainment. You do a great job at mimicking the Ace Combat style and adding your own flare. Keep it up Super Citizen!

I remember having to carry my squadmate all the way to the pelican after an orbital shell from the DSS ripped his leg off. One of the best leg workouts I've ever conjured. Squadmate is now a steeled veteran and has a metal leg, but he can jump like a frog!!

Meanwhile, the Terminids and Automatons are getting close to Super Earth; in fact, they're getting close enough to threaten the very capital of Managed Democracy. Someone needs to let high command know this and begin planning counter offensives to liberate enough worlds on both fronts to establish sufficient frontlines to last long enough for the anti-Illuminate campaign to go uninterrupted.

The oversized gun-looking station is back! I'm definitely bringing as many barrages as possible with this one.

I love the little comments in this one it was funny. XD Also it sounds like someone would do that during a briefing in the Helldiver universe.

Most of us are using it to liberate Heeth before dealing with the Illuminate. It would be nice to handle that sector before finishing the major order, especially in the name of avenging the fallen citizens from the termind spore output from the last major order

I was hoping for a real fix to Orbital Bombardment rather than a 5th stratagem. Also, we could use improvements to voting, like taking back a faulty vote and a clear option to “stay” the DSS. But at least we have it back.

SES Shield Of Gold reporting in- Y'know, from the way I heard of it, the squ'ith hijacked the station admist a routine automaton probing action against the DSS, and it was only through the heroic effort of a Eagle-1 pilot flying into the station itself to disable it's security systems that we were able to take it back. Anyways I'm pretty impressed that the ministry of science forced the laws of reality to bend to our whim, exchanging one jump for six per day. I can forgive them for not re-inventing the super destroyer.

Coming back for every breafing improve the Helldiver experience.

Honestly I never understood why the community's pusback was do harsh to begin with; I ran several missions and only three deaths over the course of four missions were actually caused by the bombardment, but I do see how it was a minor problem. Good to see it back tho. Once I finish offloading all my footage from my PS5 (I may or may not have over 150gb of clips, I have very poor impulse control lmao) and edit it all, I'll prolly get back to the game lol
