@@PenFriends I had paid in advance as well. I only need to press the ticket machine botton at the entrance barrier and keep the ticket. Scan the same ticket at the barrier when you exit ☺️

@@concepcionmaisling1683 Singapore Airlines flights always board at B Gates which is around 10-15 minute walk from Departures Security. If you don't know boarding gate number yet, I recken you walk down to the lower level and follow the sign to 'B' gates. There are cafes and stores around there tho. Keep checking your boarding gate number. Normally shown on screen around an hour before your flight departures ☺️

@@concepcionmaisling1683 It's quite a long walk to B Gates so if you think you have walking issue, pls request special assistance at least 3 days in advance and remind check in staff at check in counter again ☺️

@shashisingh0404 Once you get outta the bus at North Terminal, you'll see the big sign 'Welcome to North Terminal'. Just follow the sign to Departures. You can either use lift or escalator. Check in area is on Level 2 ☺️

10 minute walk to a shopping mall near the hotel but I didn't go out as I was a little bit unwell this trip 😓
