Hey, if you are talking about that vicious kitty :p , that's a custom mod. It's the Tabaxi Mod made by CobaltOwl. If you were refering to the character with many horns, sharp teeth and claws, that's the Slayer. You get that form by playing as the Dark Urge and following an evil path.
