color fill lasered watch bands
These are my steps to color fill silicone watch bands. These are not permanent but with normal wear they do last for quite a while!

Atomstack a5 40w 5.5.5w tumbler settings
Просмотров 7 тыс.2 года назад
These are my personal settings for getting great results laser engraving tumblers. apologies for the cut off at the end. phone stopped recording. don't forget to frame before engraving Calipers: Digital Caliper, Sangabery 0-6 inches Caliper with Large LCD Screen, Auto - Off Feature, Inch and Millimeter Conversion Measuring Tool, Perfect for Household/DIY Measurment, etc www.amazon.com/dp/B07VSV...
This looks like a pain in the butt. Can you imagine having a ton of orders and having to do this individually.
Good video! With the R3 rotary, you actually don't even have to do anything in Lightburn. They designed it so that if using an Atomstack gantry laser, you don't even need to enable the rotary because they use the same stepper motor.
Does it last? Like on water sweat etc.. ?
No
Is that the atomstack r3 roller?
Yes it is.
@@chrisgarcia4009 awesome. Thank you. I'm attempting to get into laser engraving. Overall are you happy with the a5?
Yes but I upgraded to a omtech 50w co2 laser and that has been my go to..My suggestion is skip the diode and go co2 or fiber. If you can afford it I would go 80 or 100w laser. Or a 50w fiber.
@@chrisgarcia4009 ok ill look into it. Thank you. I'm trying to keep it as low budget as possible to make sure my abilities are capable. But i will surely look into that and i appreciate the suggestion
You're welcome just speaking from experience. The atomstack I have definitely will do some cool stuff also!
Hi - cool stuff! did you use air assist?
Thanks. Maybe someday I'll get better footage. I'm no youtuber lol. Yes I use air assist. You don't have to but it would be more to clean up.
Try LA Awesome cleaner
I will give it a shot! Thanks
Tried it and it works good but I feel alcohol works better.
Hey, awesome video. I have the exact same tools except i use the x7 pro and dont have the self leveling. I can never do 2 passes with the alignment being spot on. Also, whats your end result look like? Im going for a shiny metal finish but i just get a matte finish. How have you resolved this? Any way to contact you?
Could you please tell me how to do it with the A10 Pro? Do you think it's the same?
So you took off the provided guards? Is that the key here? Mine seems too weak for tumblers
I took them off because the air assist attachment blocks a big portion of the laser flash. What laser modelare you using?
@@chrisgarcia4009 I am using the atom stack a5 pro. Was on the verge of returning it until I saw your video. Hoping you can explain how to get it to work on tumblers. I think maybe the picture thing you did might be part of it as well and adjusting the lines. Even doing 10 passes on 100% power has yielded less than ideal results. Any thoughts?
You can email me at chrisaber1@gmail.com
@@chrisgarcia4009 I think the module I have is the L40
This video was pretty much pointless 😅
Just like this comment 👌 🙂...pointless 👍
what program are you using?
I'm using lightburn
When I start to print, the machine goes all the way to the right on the X axis and crashes, any ideas?
i had similar issue. any chance you've figured this out?
Gotta turn off homing.
@@huntertopoleski7085 awesome. Thank you!
@@thekuemue welcome. I forget where to turn it off but I had the same problem. It’s called something like “go home on power up”
Could you post the link for the leveling attachment please
The attachment has been out of stock by the seller for a while. Sorry I'm sure if you search in etsy you could find something.
@@mr.android6471 why not just give the link anyways so we can see when its back in stock
