My advice as a sax player is little to none for trumpet players. But, posture and breathing are pretty universal. Sit up straight, and tap your foot inside your shoe, dont make it obvious with tapping your foot or leg. It also contributes to bad posture. And breathing, you wanna breath in through the gaps of the mouthpiece. It is hard, not alot of air is allowed in because your blocking off the mouth with a mouthpiece. So try to practice your breathing by (on your freetime) putting 2 fingers in front of your mouth and breath in exactly how you practiced in this video. Hello Junior woodwind player here, After having little to no experience with brass instruments I don't know a lot about them. But I would make him use a higher horn angle sit with good posture because that promotes better airflow and make sure that he keeps the corners of his mouth tight show that all Air gets through the horn and he's not relaxing his mouth. Because trust me it's going to hurt but that's a part of the learning process.

Yall are sounding really good! I’m much better at sax than trumpet so I can’t give much advice but in music in general you don’t wanna go BWAaaaaaa, you wanna go bwaaaaaaaaa (if that makes any sense) So try attacking the notes more gently
