To my fellow commenters. Tuning of accordion reeds involves a lot of issues. If you know nothing and need to know now, then there are videos on youtube that cover bits of accordion & harmonica tuning. You can also download phone app Carltune and wright down tuning for push & draw of button accordions for each register or white & black key of your accordion for each register setting. As correctly designed and adjusted you will find keys vary in frequency from perfect frequency, for tremolo and sound richness reasons. Know that air density reed is exposed to inside a accordion is exactly opposite of what it will be for an accordion block on a tuning table, and so not correct in accordion if exact desired pitch is set for tuning table. Usual method for reed adjustment of accordions is removal of material from tip of reed to raise pitch, and remove material near attachment end of reed to lower pitch (which is a huge headache) and that's the simple stuff about accordion reeds.
