Its probably jammed up. Remove cartridge and power it up . If it still does same thing. Push something up in side it to see if the part that pushes the cartridge pin is stuck. If this doesnt fix it i would ask for refund or return it asap if you got it from Amazon.

@alejandrofernandez-cr6dm im not a expert. But the best lines ive seen came from coil machines. Less trauma to the skin. Coils have "give" when you bear down. Do a search on the topic of coil machine being better for line work.

@@AZTattoo for my experience also look better to work with coils for line but I want to change to try to get used to pen machine with bigger stroke for line. What do you think works better ambition Torped or exo Clone?

@@AZTattoo and I agree with a different cam the machine might be different and we will have to artist out needle way out and then that will make up loose the increase in stroke lol but you can explain that better but I think it’s true

@@edchanelyoutube1947 its just like the original ones i remember from early 2000s. Definitely a great buy if you can find one this cheap. When they came out on the scene in about 2006 they were about $130 and there were a few copies and different versions. Same with the cyclone power supplies too. I only run coil machines with it. Really thats what its for . It shows you how the machine is running Duty and speed etc. Im not sure ive used it with anything else now that i think about it because all my pens are cordless

I think its a personal preference and what people learn on. Coils have give. Meaning they bog to some extent. Less likey to tear up skin compared to some long throw direct drive. I feel like the swash plate pens have some give. Some people hate coils. Some love them. Work with what you have and go from there i guess

@@AZTattoo yup true I got a few rotary machines I just got a month ago maybe and today got the dragonhawk x5 so I’ll try out the 4mm cam cuz I was using the cnc q2 at 3.5mm and I can’t line all that good lol I got keep practicing

Unfortunately they have changed things due to china sellers it didn't used to be like this but RM means round mag normally. RS was shader . Then there were curved flat mags and all sorts of stuff. It seemed like things weren't very consistent over the years specifically when the Chinese companies got involved

@@AZTattoo that’s the truth I even feel like the needles in the cartridge are smaller or something that a traditional needle but someone told Me That and it actually seems true…. Almost no consistency

Rm now just seems to mean the needles are arranged in a crescent from left to right for shading
