This all depends on what type of fight you're talking about. In straight martial skill Cass is the best, it's been mentioned multiple times that she can kick Bruce's ass in a straight fight. If you're counting everything together (gadgets, deception, planning and such) then Batman. Nightwing can fight batman to a standstill if he's putting in his all. Jason and Tim I think are tied for fourth and Damian has been beaten by Tim so... he's fifth. As for the others I don't think they're in the top five... except maybe Babs... it all depends what age Damian is and if she's still disabled. (Not that she isn't badass while in a wheelchair but she's definitely at a disadvantage in it)
