@@RoboMWM I don't think it was included in any device by default, it is found in the "Nokia Tones" app for Windows Phone. It's also probably around 2013.

I dont remember, but it was probably the latest version of WindowBlinds at the time of making that video.

I didn't make an ISO sadly, but I did see a post on Reddit (if I remember correctly) someone doing a similar transformation, and theirs was way better and way more accurate to Windows Vista and apparently they have an ISO for it.

I'm pretty sure he's using RetroBar but if you'd like to get the Quick Launch toolbar on the regular Win10 taskbar, right click the taskbar, go to the Toolbars dropdown, click 'New toolbar,' navigate to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\ and click 'Select Folder.' You'll need to unlock the taskbar if it's locked to move the toolbar to the left.

Windows vista had small taskbar buttons only
Yeah sorry about that, I was actually using a higher DPI than 100 so even with small taskbar buttons enabled, the taskbar looked weird with the theme.

This build of Skype was originally for Windows 10. It will work on Windows 10 to 11.

This version of Skype is kinda old now so I don't think they will make it usable again.
It's an old version of Skype from the 2016 days. It probably ended support.
