The induction motors go bad often ! I am pretty handy so I know what I'm doing . I just turn off the machine at the breaker. I have replaced the induction motor in the last 15 years 4 times. They are junk ! Anyway I found both the induction motor and the preasure switch costs less than a service call. So i just replace both. I don't have the meter he uses. So if it flashes 2 times I Preasure problem solved. FYI However I've also had to replace the circut board 2 times as well. What happens is the components on the circut board after time become lose and don't make contact. I guess if your good at soldering you may be able to find the short and soder it. I've had no luck doing it. It's very easy to replace. So now I buy a extra circut board , induced fan , and pressure switch. Somehow the machine will break down on a Saturday night on the coldest day in the winter. LOL All 3 can be replaced in about an hour or 2.

Hey there, I have a 1989 singlewide and it finally needs the faucet replaced. My bathtub faucet has the screw on spout with the diverter. Will the faucet you show work for this type of faucet.? Thanks

We had to get a pipe fixed a few months ago. You could hear the sound from the heater ducts. The plumber couldn't find the main shut off. I live in a rental next door to my landlord and the water comes from the well at their house. The rental home was put here in 1980. They most likely thought using the standard home size well pump for both a large house and a double wide would save money. I assure you it has not. Not having a shut off at the rental has caused many plumbing issues at both houses. Water heaters and well water tanks don't last long. When the water needs shut off to only one of the houses, the well is affected. It overworks itself then blows out the water tank over there and/or destroys the water heater in the rental, if no one is around to shut off the breaker to the water heater. I often wonder if there is a hidden valve. I'm guessing the only people who would know are likely dead by now.

Can a bad combustion blower cause a light to flash open pressure switch ?

I have a metal window and it’s been frosting up on the inside and to me idk why and should I put a vinyl window ? Plus there are two panes like this video . I have the added paneling framing inside aswell and want that replaced with nicer stuff . How do I measure this window with the added paneling type stuff in the inside ? I have the front of the window off ( inside) now so I remove those paneling pieces to get to fill window exposed to measure it ?

We turned the water off in the laundry room but now when we turn the valve back on in the laundry room the water will not come back on. It was only off 3 minutes…..

Some will say, stop being a tight ass, and just call a plumber. I did, and he never returned. And then said he couldn't find the part. It pays to be mechanically inclined, and willing to get your hands dirty.

Hi Randy. Thanks for the video. It helped me diagnose my fan running and no ignition on my gas Nordyne M1M. I have the bypass wired in place, I taped the connections so they don't make contact with any thing and I ordered the replacement limit switch. Do you think it is safe to let my furnace run with the bypass wire in place while I wait for my part to get here? It will take two days to arrive. I realize the limit switch is one of two fan limit switches and they are designed to protect my furnace and me incase of overheating or other problems. Just didn't want to do anything dangerous but it is so nice to have heat again.

What if there is no plug-in for the wires? Most new motors are three speed, but older furnace is single speed. Black is usually high, but what terminal of the limit control does it hook to??? I didn't take it apart so i have no clue what wires go where.

Hi you have helped with my furnace with your videos. Now I have a m1m mobile home nordyne furnace. Last Sunday it would not work just keep trying to start.. checked ignitor not working 3rd time in last5 years. Ordered replaced still not working .any ideas what's next steps in denver plenty of cold weather. Space heater is just keeping pipes ok. Thanks.

so much easier and quicker if you just remove the screws from the top and just lift the top corner a half inch and remove the vent pipe. Takes literally 30 seconds.

I just found mine and it feels warm but someone rapped pink insulation around part of the section then clear plastic around that . Maybe I’ll get under there better like you’re and buy the stuff you are using and redo it myself

I have a bedroom window that needs to be replaced and it has the added paneling type would added on the inside all the way around I need to take measurements so to measure the window. Do I have to remove those pieces of added wood and my siding is vinyl do I have to remove any vinyl siding to replace the window?

If your water is frozen from the ground up in the hole then use a heat gun and throw it down in the hole. Broke water in a couple minutes

So you don't need to use plumbers tape when attaching them? Because it came with the faucet I bought. Just out of curiosity where do I shut the water to the bathtub off? I hope its not the main water to the house, because for some reason mine doesn't shut it off. I have to have someone go outside to the crock and turn it off. Bfut, its currently around 25° F here in the Detroit area and I am in a wheelchair, and I have a torn Rotator Cuff, so I in no way can get under the house. Any suggestions? I have this furnace it will run for about 5 minutes then the blower will shut off for about a minute then turn back on and finish heating the mobile home the coil was cleaned but didn't fix the issue any solution would be helpful thanks

Dude, its 2am now. I lost my job last month, and finally start a new one tomorrow. My power went out at 11:30pm, another yank on the n00se getting tighter so to speak. Power came back at 12am-ish, and I've been messing with my furnace trying to figure out why its messed up after getting the open limit switch code. Your video literally gave me the knowledge and location to find the switch and press the manual thingy on it after almost 2 hours of searching. I now at 2am have heat and my house is warming back up from 50 something Fahrenheit. God bless you and your family, past, present, and future. May Jesus bless your works and your health and life. Thats just like my furnace, witch i am having a issue with eather the inducer motor or the pressure switch . Work's on and off i think the inducer motor is sticking or is so dusty that its not pusching enough air to trip the pressure switch.

How I know the gas line is open ?

Going to try using this video for reference to replace my thermocoupler. I have something similar, will need to check model number, but the set up looks the same. However I don’t have an on and off switch. What do you suggest I do? Should I cut all power off from circuit breaker panel?

When I was a child & had to light the gas oven, I turned on gas & placed the match inside. I had my face too close as when it lit, a flash came out & I lost my eyelashes & eyebrow hair. To this day, I have a fear of the same thing happening.
