The International Folklore Festival VITOSHA has been run every summer since 1996 in July at Sofia, Bulgaria. The festival unites people from all over the world TOGETHER IN THE LOVE OF DANCE. Folklore dance performances from Europe and Asia, North and South America, Africa, Australia and, of course, Bulgaria join the festival! The Festival is part of the big family of FIDAF (Federation of International Dance Festivals)

The REGGADA is both a traditional dance and a musical genre originating from the eastern Rif mountains in northeastern Morocco. It was originally a war dance performed to celebrate victory, using rifles and rhythmic foot strikes. Led by a meneur, the dancers move together with distinctive shoulder movements while singing traditional melodies. The music is characterized by the use of instruments like the adjoun, zamar, and tamja. REGGADA is part of the Moroccan folk heritage.
