50 yr SF native here. If you want a tasty, huge burrito, go off the beaten path to south of Mission, Excelsior district. Don Chuy's , on the corner of Excelsior & Naples, (3 blocks up from Mission) The place has been there since I was a kid, one of SF biggest secrets. If you REALLY want to travel off the beaten path, ask for the traditional house special: Carnitas Super w/American cheese... going with the american cheese is old school and obscure, but uniquely delicious

Farolito in Oakland may not be as good but the food is decent and the prices are like pre pandemic prices.

For local Hawaiians, salmon is usually more closely associated w/lomi salmon, misoyaki or grilled. Being that salmon is not native to Hawaiian waters, it's flown in so expect to pay higher $$$

You forgot Gordo Taqueria. Go there and you'll realize all these taquerias are the same. Gordo stands out. Simple and good!
