What do you think I can do to improve? First time in this car and on this track in Assetto Corsa for our Nthused Car Club sim racing fortnightly sessions live streamed on my Twitch channel! We were all struggling with this car but eventually got the hang of it. During qualification I managed to break into a 1:30 which put me on pole position for the race. I can go faster but I'm still learning the car and track. Definitely keen to give this a go again soon. How did that happen

Binned it 2nd last lap iRacing Bathurst 1000! :(

Myself and teammate were discussing the fuel situation and on the 2nd last lap realised we were all good. I started celebrating because we didn't need a pit stop for a splash of fuel & it was almost over! Coming into Griffins Bend (Turn 2) I was probably a tad late and a bit too heavy on the brake (due to being an over excited fool) and I locked up the rears sending me into the wall! I limped back to the pits. Race ended and we at least placed Top 10... This was my FIRST Bathurst 1000 experience and for the entire race I had one brake lock up and spin near the chase with no damage. Other than that I was consistent and clean fluctuating between 2:11 and 12s. I've never felt so under pressure than in this race - especially because I didn't want to let my teammate down and I was live streaming on Twitch. Fortunately, I didn't bin it mid race and we were near the end. I've uploaded and shared this because it's memory of a mistake I made that I can reflect on. Recently I was asked about my wheel settings on Test Drive Unlimited 2 (TDU2) so I decided to make a video showcasing them with some gameplay and discussion via a live stream on my Twitch channel! Personally, playing TDU2 on a wheel is heaps of fun regardless of the physics. Running the game with the wheel at 360 degrees will make it much easier to play. You can play with h-pattern manual and clutch which is pretty nice for racing and cruising - drifting not so much. Did you ever play The Getaway (2002) on PS2? In 2021, we started this game from scratch on my Launch PS3! I hadn't played this game since my teenage years, so this was highly nostalgic. 🤩 This Twitch live stream edit took around 10 hours to create.
