Thanks for posting this. I loved this movie back in the day too. I had to watch it because I had a thing for Rex Smith. He was so cute. I have two of his albums. The one has the song Woman on it too.

I first saw this film on HBO in the early 80’s. Sometimes it aired multiple times a day and I would watch each time. I’ve never forgotten it, and it’s so cool to revisit it 40 years later! Thank you!

I have been looking for the song headin for broadway for decades. I forgot the name of the movie, but I recalled Rex smith being in it. I loved this movie, very inspiring. I still can’t find the song sung by the female artist. I found that Rex smith has his own version of the song. Can anybody help me find the female artist of this song in digital format?
