You have to get a shampoo to cleanse your hair and conditioner to condition and hydrate your hair before you style it with the Cantu cream

Rinsing your hair with water would wash the products off,so it's better you just refresh your curls in between wash days

But my family says it has high volume and it's thick that's all I know about my hair but not the type

Yes, if you're not careful. Your hair is damaged much less when it is moisturized, so the sponge is fine if you use it lightly.

@trooperlancy yeah,you have to moisturize before so it doesn’t dry out your hair
