Over the past few years, I’ve explored the transformative practices of Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, and the divine Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. When I first listened to this, I found the sounds to be unpleasant. But after a minute or two, the sounds became very pleasant washing over me, soothing and almost massaging me. I think the brief unpleasantness was a sort of cleansing, purging, rebalancing or realignment as my body adjusted. But after listening to the whole thing, I did actually feel WAY calmer and more grounded. I felt like my heart rate had slowed down, my body became less tense, less shaky, and more steady. My mind was also put at ease. I feel like this truly did benefit me and bring noticeable positive changes

What microphone do you use?! 👍
To be honest, this is a very quick and rough recording, and the sound is mostly from my camera. The condenser microphone I used wasn’t loud enough to capture the full range of the sound. I’m planning to do another one with a better setup🙏❤🙏
