What are the side effects?

I loathed shaking hands with people. Even when working or writing, it was a nightmare. I would need a handkerchief & a foot towel; followed by continuously wiping my hands and feet. I am a AVID bicyclist. I sweat a lot from my forehead under my helmet. I go through several quick dry head bands in one ride. Everyone else seems to be fine.... LOL. So, can I use this on my forehead to go cycling with my helmet on and maybe still using a sweatband ??
