What I find interesting with this video and others on patient presentation is that there is a common framework to how med students present patients, but there are small variations between how we will report on patients in surgery, medicine, OB, and the other specialties.

Almost 9 months Dr. Desai gave me my husband back! Such a wonderful man and Dr. He preformed a full liver transplant on my husband and we were told he was the best... That's an understatement!! UNC is the hospital that cares we will not go anywhere else!! Thanks to everyone that works there!!!

I am one of those pts that came back!!! Dr. Desai gave me my life back! I was deeply saddened to have our relationship come to an end….I felt like I was saying goodbye to a treasured friend! Thank you can never say what I feel inside for all his care and skill!!!

I was blessed to have this wonderful man perform surgery on me. He removed a wedge ("fancy surgery") from my left lung in early 2020. Superb doctor with genuine, down-to-earth bedside manners.

My BIL is there with COVID Ards and renal failure. Just put on ECMO. Prayers for you all. I am hoping and praying it saves his life! May God bless your healing hands! Thank you 🙏

How is Sebastian now? I m from India, my 14yr brother is unfortunately diagnosed with Dsrct, one big tumor in left upp. hypochondrium, being treated at Tata Memorial Hospital, India. He has taken 4 cycle of chemo, currently planned for hipec. But his RTPCR test came positive for covid, so we will be visiting Tata hospital after 2 week. I hope his surgery is done this time, we have waited for it so long. God bless My Brother.

Dr Kapadia is a wonderful person and a brilliant colorectal surgery. I was diagnosed with cancer and she did amazing job of surgery and support in Iowa City 5 years ago. Thank you Muni !
