To fly a drone in Japan, it is legally required to register the drone, equip it with a remote ID, and submit a flight plan. However, more than that, obtaining flight permission from the landowner is a hassle. For example, you need to get approval from park administrators (local municipalities) or private landowners; otherwise, it's nearly impossible to fly in most places. In the case of Okinawa, there are many U.S. military bases, aviation facilities, and densely populated areas, so the locations where flying is permitted are extremely limited. @ldnwalkandfly8617 That is true if you overexpose too much, but it's exactly because of that low DR that I think DJI O3 footage looks better when slightly overexposed. Personally I think O3 footage falls apart when you lift the shadows very much...

It's all about the copter itself, you need to look at how the gimbal and other design are made, how the PIDs are set up, everything is perfect on my cinelog25

In my 5 inch quad O3 dji is recording almost perfect. I am using low pitch props and soft mount the camera.

open the camera up and glue the camera firmly to its protective case. some of the camera has manufacturing issue and it moves slightly inside it.

@@eldhojose9225 I did it, but there was no effect and I solved a problem by using 3 blade's prop.

Yeah, I hope it will be fixed with a firmware update, O3's image sensor itself is pretty good, if the dynamic range is improved, I'll remove my GoPro from my quad.

@@weslisahumNow I mainly use DJI Osmo Action 4 (1/1.3inch), but DJI O3 (1/1.7inch) should be good enough, I hope the dynamic range will be improved by firmware update :)

Hi Alan, I agree with you, GP11 is definitely better than the DJI FPV. But the flight time was reduced from around 10min to 6min. So I made a naked GP but now it causes a GPS interfering issue...
