My earliest memories are from a house we lived in down a driveway that was lined by a pink cinder block wall on 250th. When I was 5, we moved from that house to a little duplex on 246th St. I went to St. Margaret Mary's first thru eigth grades, then Fleming for a year, then Narbonne. Two of my SMMS classmates lived on Cypress Hill. Used to play up at a little pond at the top. We lived in that duplex until 1984, the year I turned 16. My parents then bought a house in Ventura County, and it was goodbye Lomita. Last summer, I had a chance to drive through Lomita for the first time since moving away, drove down the old streets, had breakfast at Hot N Tot. The little duplex stands, but our little house on 250th and the pink cinderblock wall are both gone. P.S. Halloween in Lomita was THEE BEST!

My grandparents arrived in Lomita I the 50'S, and both my Dad and I were born at Torrance Harbor Hospital.

PDN - from what I have seen it is a capacitor problem. I have the same issue! Can't locate the proper ones to replace. Anyone out there have a schematic for the RCA? If you have fixed this particular RCA, please post a video for the rest of us. My model number is ST3151A05QYE1. It is a 32 tv/dvd but essentially the same unit as in this video.

RCA tv's are the worst. Flickering I have is worse. It goes pitch black every 1.5 Seconds for 2 seconds. No one seems to have my kind of problem.

The power saving solution didn't work for me, for it was already set there. All other options made it worse. I have only had this TV 4 months. Damn it.

I wiggled the connector from the motherboard to the led display and it stopped flickering

I have the same model with the same problem. Everyone said it was the power supply board, replaced it, same issue, no difference. Like you I see no components with obvious damage. Did you have any luck?

go to menu put it in power saving works for me i had same problem good luck.

In year 2007 I drove from southern California to Las Vegas, Nevada on high way 15 and I briefly stopped in Yermo, Ca. The whole town was like dead, gone, and abandoned, it was the craziest sight to see! I was reading on the net I guess the famous Del Taco food chain got its start and was founded in Yermo in 1964.
