I got lectured at check in at Cades Cove Campground two weeks ago. Sounds like the Same person. It really set a bad tone for our camping. I’ve been staying in the GSMNP campgrounds for many years….probably more years than the young lady who lectured me. 🤦‍♀️

Good video! Looks like a nice place to visit minus the gators. Sitting around the campfire is one of the best parts of camping. We hope to be going on our 2nd camping trip in about 3 weeks. Ready for the campfire!!!

Good to see you back on the road again! Not too far away from Waycross is the Stephen C. Foster state park it is awesome. You should try it out sometime in the winter or late fall. The bugs are pretty bad in the summer.

When I was young we had several bird feeders we saved the induction coil from the old srove! That we hooked two the bird 🐦 feeders thay could not finger out what happened ha ha! When I was outside one of them would have fun zapping them!

I made an old Navy style metal mooring line 'Rat Guard', from a storm door kick plate. Just angle it to form a wide faced Cone, pop riveted it together under my wooden pole feeder basket. After 15 years no squirrels have defeated it yet.....

Not true about only for grey tank.

We finally made it and WOW!! We loved it!! We spent the whole week up on that mountain and it was incredible. The road up was steep but not that bad. The worst part was the narrowness of the road with NO shoulder most of the way. We loved it and would do it again for sure!
