BALEKWEBEPE TV is a broadcast medium aimed at narrating stories from a rural perspective. The stories will be told in a form of telemovies, telenovelas, documentaries, talk shows, current affairs, profiles of our celebrated individuals, different genres of music and so on. It will also promote different African languages and cultures.

Podile becomes furious when he receives a call from Advocate Maletsiri informing him that Lebidike wants to come back to his mother in Soweto, Johannesburg. Mmabotse pays Podile his share from the proceeds of their house she sold in Pimville in exchange of Lebidike's return. Seperepere is under pressure to release Shibu's body for burial from the mortuary.

Mmabotse is haunted by the nightmares of her dying sons, Potsotso and Setsokotsane. Podile is sleeping at the back of his van. MmaPodile comes and joins him. She insists Podile tells her why he left her and Rebo, to go and stay with Mmabotse for more than 25 years. She wants him to tell it all.

Mmabotse, her neighbour Morotolo and Bra Spokes return from Potsotso's funeral and find Setsokotsane (Mabotse's other son) dying of nyaope overdose outside her house. She becomes angry. MmaPodile chases Podile out of the house when he refuses to send Lebidike back to his mother.
