Getting a job on Visit Visa is very difficult, he either needs a refrence here or he can look for a MAsters Course and study in order to gain a post study work visa and then he can look for a job, Hope this helps!

you wont get any reply as you are not in NZ, either you have to study here for Bachelor's or Masters on student visa that will allow you for post study work visa after completion of the course and then companies will reply to you because you will have valid visa.

The L visa does not directly lead to PR, The advice you received about securing a local job offer from an accredited employer is a solid approach. If you get a job offer from an accredited employer, you can apply for AEWV. This visa can lead to residency under the Skilled Migrant Category, if your job is on the Green List or if you meet other criteria. If your job offer is not on the Green List but from an accredited employer, you might still qualify for the Work to Residence pathway. After working for 24 months on an AEWV in a full-time position, you could be eligible to apply for residence under this category. Lastly If your role is on the Long Term Skill Shortage List, you may be eligible for a resident visa after working for two years. Hope this Helps. All the Best!

@@humansofnewzealand thanks for the quick response, I had written previous comment but I guess it didn't post properly. I was checking new zealand immigration site it says AEWV takes 4 months to process. Now if I leave my current employer there will be notice period of just 1 month considering I managed to get offer from Accredited employer, within 1 month I'll be joining, during this time when I apply for visa process, I'll be allowed to stay in NZ? Or I'll have to go back to India and wait for these 4 months visa processing time?

​@@RohitA-eg4eo See if you are already in New Zealand on a valid visa and you apply for an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) while still in the country, you are generally allowed to stay in New Zealand while your visa application is being processed. You do not necessarily have to leave New Zealand just because your visa is under processing. However, You need to ensure that your current visa remains valid until your new visa is granted. If your current visa expires before the AEWV is processed, you may need to apply for a bridging visa or extend your current visa if possible. But If you leave your current employer before the AEWV is approved, you need to be cautious about the conditions of your current visa, as it might have employer-specific conditions that require you to work for a particular employer. Leaving your job before the AEWV is granted might put you in breach of your visa conditions, depending on the type of visa you hold. Lastly as long as your current visa allows you to stay legally and you comply with any conditions attached to it, you should be able to remain in New Zealand during the processing of your AEWV application. It’s always a good idea to consult with a Licensed immigration advisor or check with Immigration New Zealand directly on a phone call for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

@@humansofnewzealand yeah this is where I'm little bit concerned and confused as my specific work purpose visa will be for working with my employer only and when I have to switch for new local employer job then I'll have just one month notice period which is less time. My recommendation will be to work in India for a Year then move to study and then work here at least you would know how its done in India Vs here also you can save some more money in next 12 months
