But if you simply just remove the nuts from the bottom of the motor mounts Jack the motor up about three or four inches you have all the room you need without removing the rack and pinion and to get better access to the not holding the power wire to the starter just turn the steering wheel to the passenger side there's more than enough room to get in there with a 12 mm wrench

You can't get that part through MB because that part is not available separately from the turbo . How is the quality of the ebay or Amazon part?

Hey brother I just got a code for P0299 and the code said "TURBOCHARGER/SUPERCHARGER "A" underboost condition. While doing a oil change on my car i accidently didn't notice the line but it got clipped into the oil change cap where you put the filter in. the wire/hose connects to the Turbocharger Boost Control Valve. Do you think the wire/hose could affect the whole boost and if I replace it you think it'll fix my problem or do i have a similar problem as you because before i drove it, it didnt have this code as a problem so I'm assuming its that one hose/wire. let me know and do i need to reset anything regarding this whole process like computer wise?
