@@Nihonlens You should also buy mankfish, liver. It is yellow in color very light in taste, but tastes like cream. That's so good very soft meat and try to eat it with salmon eggs kown as ikura. Monkfish liver is kinda pricey, so not sure if you will be able to buy, but i'm curious to watch you prepare it or eat it with Salmon Ikura that way, you can have yellow and orange food on your channel, which are delicacy both.

@@Nihonlens Duck liver is considered a delicacy and there is usa websites where you can buy it from, but it's not common. Only people that are into exotic delicacy meat like me might buy it. Also some rich people might eat it and this also goes with Monkfish liver.

Yeah I had some issue when I was 16 year old because of the Japanese doctor mistake... and it became something like Incurable disease. There are no same case even if I see many kind of doctors in some countries, Japan, Philippines, US.
