Langford Park mountain biking trails.
I decided to do my last mountain bike ride of 2024 with a friend at Langford Park in Jarrahdale. The ride was going well until 15 kilometers in. I hit the smallest of jumps and upon landing, the loose pea gravel decided to wash out my front wheel and aim me towards an old log on the side of the trail. After shaking off the adrenaline, straightening my bars, and rolling back to my car my left wrist was causing me a great deal of discomfort. The following day I decided to get x-rays due to some bruising and swelling to my hand and lower arm. The results were as I thought, a broken radius and ulna bone. This has put me out of the saddle for the next six weeks while my arm is in a splint. Hop...

Noolbenger Trail (South), John Forrest National Park.

I rode the northern Noolbenger Trail loop not too long after it opened, and I finally got around to riding the southern loop. I found it to have more climbs, tight turns and with less flow until you get to the bottom end. Nonetheless, it's still a great trail worth riding.
Riding the Railway Reserves Heritage Trail.

A friend recently purchased a gravel bike and was itching to get some dirt under the tyres. There was no better way to give it a baptism of loose gravel than a 41-kilometre loop on a perfect spring day. Railway Reserves Heritage Trail follows the route of the old Eastern Railway and is unique in providing a 41 kilometre loop entirely on railway formations. This extensive trail passes through qu...

Well this years storm season was a disappointment. With storms being few and far between I only managed to capture a short time lapse of a nice cell that had amazing structure over a open field. 500 still images were taken with the Sony A6000 and the motion control was with a Syrp Genie Mini. All photos were processed in Adobe Lightroom, Lrtimelapse and the final render was done in Adobe Premie...

In August 2017 I traveled to Poland to visit family and to take in the amazing sites that the country has to offer. Apart from traveling to various cities, majority of my time was spend in the Świętokrzyskie Region. With the summer coming to an end and the overcast skies becoming more frequent it gave me the perfect opportunity to put together a few time lapse sequences. Majority of the scenes ...

This is a basic test of a time lapse I shot with my Nikon D200. I'm mainly uploading this to see how much quality I'm going to lose through You Tube's compression. 1040 raw images processed with Adobe Lightroom and the final sequence was edited in Final Cut Pro X. Good ol pea gravel hey. Rest up mate
Loose W.A. pea gravel and bad luck are the usual suspects when washing out and crashing while riding the trails during summer.
@ yes sir hahaha
I loved this!! I hope you're okay after that fall!
Unfortunately, I have a broken wrist, so I won't be riding for at least six weeks.
What bikes this bro?
@Michael_Beazley Mine is the Merida eOne-sixty and the my friends Trek is either the Checkpoint or Checkmate.
Wow 😮
Hello from 2021, just a reminder of how sick this still is
this happened in my city on 31st december 2020
if you upload in 1440p the compression is better, you get vp09 codec.

Did you spend the night there or did you came home then come back there the next morning (22 November)?
I spent the night out there. Once the lightning at night had dyed off I slept in my car and woke up in the morning to continue filming through out the day.
The storm was filmed on 23-03-2014
wow
I think you need to adjust the amount of sag on your forks, just at rest you seem to be at 50% sag.
Nice! Good quality job
Cool
Cool I live near Caversham I live in Bennett Springs.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I have fixed it now.
On the description you put Friday 20 December 2012 it should be Friday 20 January 2012
