But you made it shorter in the back than in the front by doing the diagonal cut. It’s great if that’s what you or a client wanted. Cutting with the thinning sheers straight across will not shorten the wig but will still thin the wig

I'm currently waiting for an instructional video to appear on RUclips about removing excessive volume on a synthetic curly bob wig. The wig that I recently received from Amazon is a Vivica A Fox, Oprah-5. Even though it's a high-density wig, it looks great on top but heavy on the sides. It makes me look like a Muppet character. 😄 My fine naturally curly hair used to have volume. Ever since I turned 60, my hair has become thin and no longer grows back fast enough. 🫤

Is the a synthetic one?

Is there anything I can do to smooth the cuticles of a non-remy human hair wig? I tried many, many products (K18, olaplex, and most recently apple cider vinegar. The cuticles stick causing tangling and the hair just sticks out like clown hair! I have 2 of these wigs and am desperate to get them wearable. Thank you😊
