Still available? Ill give you 500 for that .31 acre lot. Let me ask you this, besides using google maps and saying theres shopping within hours of driving and a random mountain that even the locals dont know about, do you really think that land is worth 5000 a lot? The water table is 250 feet deep at least. The nearest power pole is 3 miles away IF not more. The locals are all either meth heads or people on the run. The cartel is known to drop offs via the railroad. No one in their right mind is going to pay 5k for that. Iron County is also very strict on zoning. They wont let you build anything out there unless you meet specific setback rules and lot size...neither of which that land is eligible for. You may sell it...to someone who is duped by the idea owning land. One day they will go out there and stop paying taxes on it because it's not worth it. There's no value. No grid. One can only camp. There is no accessible road to there either. It's all sand.
