Yes,it's for people who doesn't understand all that Wangan Midnight mess,the game introduces a little of Wangan’s world I even wouldn't understand what is a chapter,upgrade,story,etc… of Wangan Midnight,so I get a little taste of it

You sound very ignorant... if Namco was gonna make a home conversion it would have been on Sony PlayStation however the PS1 couldn't handle this game at all... that means that Namco could have made a conversion for Sony PlayStation 2 however by that time they were making new games and then Microsoft decided to rush next gen hardware in 2005 very prematurely... because it takes human worker programmers to convert the game and it takes some months too as well as if they want to enhance the game thus with Microsoft rushing hardware out and hyping online play it has slowed down and killed the original arcade style of game development.
