Was a Great Race when it was a 5 miler, all through town with some topography and interesting finish!

FISHING Fishing is permitted the entire length of the canal. Trout are stocked at various locations in certain portions of the canal during the spring months. Anglers will find bass, sunfish, catfish, perch and pickerel year round. Access for fishing in the Delaware River is available at several locations. Fishing is subject to New Jersey Division of Fish, Game and Wildlife regulations.

you need to roll on your side of the bed you're getting out from & push up on that side arm to raise yourself & swing your legs slowly to the ground... 2 weeks to go out on short trips... eat healthy - no dairy or salt or sugar or greasy foods; drink lots of hot decaf tea & small meals & fruits & protein...

thank you for your testimony.. same here.. i am one week after the surgery... how do you do to get out of bed?? when did you start going out again?? what do you eat?? let me know.. I can't find more info post surgery... thank you
